I am a small guy at 16 pounds - the perfect size, really! I am neutered, up to date on shots, and heartworm negative! I don't see too well anymore but I get around just fine! Becoming a senior is a blessing, so I won't complain! In fact, I never really complain about anything! My foster mom say I am always happy and funny. I love finding new ways to make her laugh every day! Following her around the house is one of my favorite things to do. I can't see that well, but I never lose track of my humans. I would prefer a home without stairs due to my vision and my hips that sometimes don't want to cooperate when it comes to jumping around. I am good with other dogs but would need a home with lower energy or older dogs due to my limitations. Maybe you have a pack of silver foxes I could join? I promise to fit right in napping and stalking you (you'll enjoy it, I promise). I would do great in a home without dogs too. I'm as easy as they come. I am good with cats and children but would need a home with older children or no children due to my low vision. I am housebroken and would love a house with a yard I could wander around a little in and enjoy some sunshine. I would need my loving owner to want me as strictly indoor dog. I cannot be left in the yard unattended due to my vision. I may need some guidance to find my way back to the house, especially in a new home. Also, I would need a home where I am not left home more than 8 hours....you know...old man bladder. I do have possibly have a condition called insulinoma but the surgery to find out for sure is very expensive. I don't have any issues as long as I get my daily steroid which is very easy and not expensive! And really, I don't mind the daily cheese tax snack I get! I know I'm an older guy and I didn't expect to be in a rescue at this point in my life, but I am so hopeful there is a family out there that will love me for the rest of my days. I promise I will love you back so fiercely! I am just the best boy. I can be your constant companion! I love to play and can show you all my silly quirks!
