SKYLAR and her sister SHILOH were just two little stray pups that were picked up by Animal Control and landed up at Our local shelter
She is approx 4.5 months old as of July 1 ST 2024 and weighs 30 lbs
She has a very sweet disposition and loves to run. and play in the yard with her toys and her buddies
She is not fully house trained yet but does run out to the yard during the day to use the bathroom in the yard with the other dogs
She will need some harness training and would do good either as an only dog or with a companion
We do require a fully fenced in and secure yard for her ,

The total adoption fee of $300 ( and includes , the interstate health cert and transport ,spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at
