Sister (sissy ) terrier mix 28lbs female 3-4 yo Has been at the shelter since 2021. Would need somebody willing to take the time and effort to let her settle and get used to them. It took her 2 years for her to come to us and let us love on her. It's still on her own terms and she gets scared easy. She was just petrified or would run away. When she came to us.
