My Story

From her Foster family: "This is Sissy. When I first met her she was malnourished and emaciated, nothing but skin and bones. Her ears were scabbed from fly bites and her tail was raw and bleeding. She was so weak she could barely lift her head for attention. She had been rescued by Healthy Hearts and Paws Project in Warren. I knew when I saw her I couldn’t leave her there so we brought her home to care for her and to get her healthy. She is an amazing girl. She is affectionate, gentle, good with our smaller dogs and good with kids. She knows how to sit, lay down, stay as well as other commands. She is fully housebroken. Sissy loves to cuddle and loves to play with toys and is looking for her forever home." She is young, so with the right care, love, and patience, she will be a wonderful addition to your family. If interested in Sissy, please fill out an application at: healthyheartsproject.org/foster A meet and greet is always required! :) Follow and message us on our Facebook pages: Meet the Dogs and Cats at Healthy Hearts & The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project
