Sir Oscar came to us from the Black Hills Humane Society. We don't know much about his past, if only he could tell us his story! He cries when he needs to go potty and his favorite place is on the couch under a blanket. Do you have that special place in your heart to let a very handsome senior boy hang out for awhile. Sir Oscar's adoption fee is $150.
