Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is an adorable puppy that was born on 3/20/24 with developmental disabilities.
His disabilities include vision deficits and struggles with depth perception and he may lose his balance from time to time.
Despite his disabilities, Arthur is a happy, active boy and is ready to find his forever home. He would do best in a one level home (no stairs), with someone that is home most of the time and with another small (mellow) dog to play with.
