Simba

12/24/08 - I HAVE MY FAMILY!!! UPDATE: Simba is fantastic! He attended the CT Pet Expo on 10/26, meeting people and dogs of all sorts, and loved it! Since coming to Sunshine short, cute and kind of chunky, he has slimmed down some and looks quite handsome in spite of some senior lumps and bumps. Because he is hard of hearing, he has even learned some hand signals! – Simba is an easy-care, low maintenance dog just waiting to be loved by his humans. FOSTER UPDATE: Simba's good points are: he loves to be cuddled and has a soft, pettable coat; likes his walks and is good on a leash; he's great in the car; he doesn't counter surf or climb on furniture; and he likes to be near his person. Simba's Foster Mom says his bad points are: NONE!!! Please consider giving this gentle older soul a loving home, you will be loved right back. Would you like a sweet, affectionate, laidback Golden to share life with you? Meet Simba. This great guy was left behind by his humans until kind neighbors took him to a shelter, and he is so easy to love, we cannot imagine why his family would do that to him. Sweet Simba would love to go places with you in the car, go for walks, or just hang out - he's just the easiest Golden to have around! Please consider bringing Simba into your life, and making the rest of his life special -- this great senior has lots of life and love to give a family -- and he SO deserves to be appreciated for the wonderful dog that he is.

Our dogs are fostered in private homes. WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY TO VISIT.
