My Story

I am special!! I know everyone thinks they are special but I really am special. Something happened to me when I was young so I do not trust many people. I am particularly scared of men. I am also a very low key Siberian that would prefer to spend my time laying on the sofa and watching the world go by. I am looking for a home that will accept me for who I am and realize that I may never be that outgoing dog that most people are looking for. I just want a home that has another dog that I can interact with when the mood strikes me. I borrow confidence from other dogs so it is really important for me to be in a home with a playmate. Some nice people found me in the woods and brought me into rescue. I had a puppy with me and I had made a den and was caring for the baby. My puppy was previously adopted out and is doing great. I do have a special fetish for eating electronics so it is best to make sure that they are up high at all times. Please only apply for me if your household is a strictly female home and you currently have another dog. All applicants will speak directly with the foster home. Requirements for Sierra: Another dog. Several visits with her prior to adoption. Ability to work with a timid dog and understanding that there are no time frames when she will develop the confidence that she needs. Patience and a sense of humor. Sierra can be a drama queen.
