Shoshi -adopted

Meet Shoshi (pronounced SO-she), he is just about 2 years old and a very sweet boy!
He is working on housetraining and is crate trained.
Shoshi does well with other dogs, but wants to be dominate, so would do best in a home with a dog that isn't alpha type.
He is still a baby, so doesn't want cuddled yet. He's still much to 'busy'. He wants to run and play!
He is an escape artist and can find any 'small' hole in a fence to escape, so the fence must be very secure & he should NOT be left alone when outside.

We are currently accepting applications for his adoption, but he will not be placed prior to Christmas.

Due to having treated several heartworm positive dogs recently, we DO require past proof of h/w tests & preventative given if you own a dog. We do NOT consider it proof if you have just had the h/w test done or bought preventative for the first time prior to or after putting in an application.

Shoshi is fostered in Kansas & you must be willing to come here if approved to adopt him.

We do not place dogs in homes with toddlers and babies. Please read the shelter home page for placement restrictions prior to submitting an application.
Our Adoption fees are based on the age of the dog and range from $350 to $200 each, and are used to pay the vet and microchip expenses. All dogs are up to date on shots, heartworm negative, spayed or neutered and any known problems are treated before they can be adopted. Last year our vet bills were $3000. higher than our adoption fees, so we are not able to adopt dogs without an adoption fee.
