Sheeba

hi Sheeba! This stunner is a 4 year old Shepherd. She came to us from the local animal control shelter where she was surrendered after her owner passed away. She is now approx.. 67 lbs. Sheeba was clearly very loved by and attached to her owner. Sadly, he had to go to the hospital where he ultimately passed away few weeks later. When his family came to clean his apartment, they found Sheeba, who almost starved to death (her picture with the orange background when she first entered the shelter). With lots of love and patience, Sheeba gained weight and is back to ideal weight now. Sheeba is looking for an experienced, no kids home. While she allows us all handling and is sweet and friendly with the volunteers, she can try assert dominance when first meeting new people. She is looking for a home where she will be given time to get comfortable with her people. She is a devoted and loyal dog that is looking for her forever friend. She will need to meet any resident dogs.
