Shaker

Shaker came to MLDHS with two other small poodle crosses (who may be relatives of his). He appears to be approx 4.5 to 5 years old and is friendly, though a bit more shy than his co-horts. He looks nervous in these photos as he was unsure of being on the photo podium at that time. All 3 dogs were a dirty, matted mess when they came to us, but they've all been groomed up and bathed up and look (and probably feel) 1000% better! He's spent a good part of his life outdoors despite not having the coat for a harsh winter. We don't believe he's had any house training, but being an adult hopefully with the right training and attention and after being neutered, he could learn quickly as he does seem to use the doggy door at the shelter to do his business outside if given a chance. (Shaker was neutered Jan 12/10 so is now ready to go as soon as his new family finds him).
