Shadow

Shadow is a very loving dog and loves to be around people once he gets to know them. Shadow is a fun-loving dog and you will get a kick out of watching him. He likes to chase his tail, which is comical to watch. He plays with his food sometimes throwing a morsel out of the bowl then playing with it shortly before he eats it. His favorite thing to do is sit next to you or on your hap underneath a blanket, even in the summer. If he can, he'll get under the covers of your bed and keep your feet nice and warm. He is very curious and when going for walks or car rides he is very entertained. He will make somebody very happy, he is very loyal and affectionate. Shadow is around 8 years of age, but is not old by any means. He is very healthy, up-to-date on his shots, and recently had a dental cleaning so his teeth are pretty too. Throw him a ball and watch him run. Let him loose in teh backyard and he'll run circles. He is also patient with kids. Shadow is a larger IG that weighs around 20 lbs. This guy came in to rescue directly from his previous owner who was affected by the economic downturn. Shadow's brother was a previous foster dog in Nebraska IG Rescue, and is located near Lincoln too. Shadow will make a great dog for somebody who has a lot of time to spend with him, and isn't looking for an overly bouncy active dog. This guy is being fostered in Lincoln, NE.
