Shadow

Shadow is a 9 year old purebred Black Labrador Retriever who is looking for a final "forever" home. He is presently living with a family in the country near the freeway. Shadow has to spend all of his time outside in the kennel because he likes to wander if he is turned loose. He often wanders too close to the freeway and his family is afraid that he will get hit. Shadow is living with two adults, some young children, cats, dogs,horses, etc. He would love to have a home with a large fenced yard where he will be safe and have plenty of room for exercise. Shadow would also like to have someone adopt him and allow him to become a member of the family and be an indoor/outdoor dog instead of living alone in the cold outside. Shadow is a very friendly dog with a wag in his tail and his whole body moves with it when he meets strangers. Shadow would make someone a great companion and walking partner if they wanted to walk slow and easy. Shadow is a hunting dog. Shadow is neutered, vaccinated and healthy. He is ready to go to a new home today. If you are looking for someone to lie by the fire at night, go for walks and strolls, then Shadow is your dog.
