Scruffy is a shy boy, but loves attention. He was left tied to the fence at the shelter, and most likely is happy to be here. He acts like someone has less than kind to him previously, but he is coming around nicely. He will come up to you for loving and is learning to walk on a leash. He is about 8 months old, and with some TLC, should make a nice companion for any family or active person.
