Description of his temperament He has the tempernment of a lab. He's very laid-back and very appreciative of attention as well as occasional treats. He loves all kids and all dogs! I don't know about cats though since I haven't had him around any cats since I've had him living with me.
Obedience training He knows sit, lay-down, stay, shake, down (off). He loves to go for walks, and never pulls on the leash at all. If I didn't already have 2 of my own, I would gladly keep him!
Housebroken and crate-trained He's fully housebroken and crate-trained. He doesn't chew on anything but toys. He does get very nervous when it storms outside, but we're working on that. Whenever it starts to thunder or rain hard, I have him lay on his back so I can rub his belly and he calms down instantly.
A little bio on Scrappy He is an absolute sweetheart! He looooooves his belly rubbed and loooooves to play with toys! He's loves getting baths, and doesn't mind getting his nails trimmed. He used to live with a family that was getting ready for another baby, they felt they were unable to give him enough attention and it would be better to find him another home. They had a 2 year old daughter that scrappy loved to play with. He is overweight from not getting any exercise at his old home, but he's dropping it quickly now from running around with my other 2 dogs all day. He does not beg for table scraps at all. He usually barks at you as walking in the direction of the door if he needs to potty. He loves to sleep in bed with you, but is also happy sleeping on a pile of blankets or pillows on the floor. Currently (believe it or not), I leave Scrappy and my other 2 to run free in my house all day while I'm at work, they do great while I'm gone! I do leave the t.v. on for them, and pull the blinds up so they can look out if they want to. He's an absolute joy!
