Scrappy is one awesome dog! He is about 6 years old and came to Oasis after his owner could no longer care for him. Scrappy had been tied out to a dog house outside his whole life by his previous owner. He is hesitant with most people, and not to great with strangers, but will warm up when he knows they are ok.
He loves to play ball.
