Scout is a handsome and eager-to-please husky-shepherd mix who was picked up as a stray and who desperately wants to be part of a family again. Because of his size, any kids in Scout's adoptive home need to be older than 12.
Scout is housetrained, but he can't live with cats or chickens. Homeowners only for Scout.
Scout has tested negative for heartworm, is neutered, and is current on vaccinations/flea/heartworm preventative. You will receive health records and a bag of Hill's Science Diet food upon adoption. Adoption fee $180.

*Unless a future date is otherwise stated, animals are ready to be adopted once posted to Petfinder. Before you apply, please make sure you are at the point where you can welcome an animal into your home. Many homeless animals are awaiting space at our facility.*
The Clinton County Humane Society is a no-kill, nonprofit, volunteer-based organization. We do not receive county or government funding and depend on our adoption donations to fund the shelter.
