Scooter is a male scruffy-faced terrier estimated at 2 years of age. Scooter came to the shelter from Magoffin County after he was personally released to the dog warden. Scooter is a very small dog, weighing around 10 lbs. He has dainty features and the white/black wiry coat. He is very sweet and an ideal lap dog. He is quiet and not an incessant barker. The ultimate best friend!
