Scooby is a wonderful mutt rescued by STAR from Puerto Rico! He was a stray and was lucky enough to end up on the porch of a woman that rescues dogs down there. She took him and had him neutered, vaccinated and dewormed and kept him till he was able to be sent up to us! He had absolutely no chance in PR but hopefully PA will be much kinder to him. He is an extremely happy go lucky guy and would do well in almost any home!
