My Story:
Hi! My name is Scooby. I am a neutered male Lhasa Apso / Shih Tzu / Pekingese mix and am about 5 years old.
I came to the shelter after my old family decided they no longer had the time needed to spend with me.
Their life changed and I was starting to spend more and more time by myself. I really miss them, but am really anxious to find a new forever home where my new people will have more time to spend with me. They also that I didn't seem to be too fond of little children, so it would be best if there were not young children in my new home.
My old family said that I used to like to play with their cat, but my favorite thing to do was snuggle--I really excel at cuddling!

We are a wonderful No-Kill animal shelter run solely on donations and by volunteers. We specialize in the "under pet" who needs life-saving surgery, amputation after a traumatic accident, providing long-term treatment, helping in the care of blind, diabetic, geriatric pets and offering emotional therapy to abused pets.
