Sargent is a well mannered, people loving boy that was turned in to a high-kill shelter in upper SC. He is 5 years old, rides great, loves people, gentle, gives hand shakes and leans on you til you almost fall over. He is 148 pounds of companionship. Sargent is also heartworm positive. It will cost Canine Rescue about $1000 to treat him but he will get the treatment. Sargent is worth every penny to get him well so he can find his very own family that will not betray him by dumping him at a Shelter.
