Sapphire

Hi there I’m Saphie, short for Sapphire. I might not have had the easiest start in life but thanks to my foster group and foster mom, I’m close to getting my second chance at happiness. I’m quite the cutie, if I do say so myself! My coat is black with a bit of white and my eyes are so light blue they almost look white. I have a heart as big as my paws. I’m extremely friendly and get super excited when I meet new people and dogs. I also enjoy to sunbathe and to play in puddles of water but I do not enjoy baths. I can entertain myself with toys especially tennis balls. Oh! And I love to play with bugs, I get easily distracted when I see them. I am crate and potty trained. My parents like to say I’m sassy as I am in my “teenage” phase. I will occasionally talk back when told no. I enjoy walks and am very active. My tail wags every time I meet someone new in hopes to meet my forever family. My forever home: I'm looking for a forever home where I can be part of a loving family. A fenced yard would be a bonus, as I have lots and lots of energy and I love to run around and get frequent zoonoses. but what I really want is someone who will give me lots of love and attention, take me on walks, and maybe even let me cuddle up on the couch with them. She is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a fee.
