Hello, my new name is Sandy. See, my original owners had named me 'Muddy', but the nice PWSPCA ladies didn't think that's a good name for me. I sort of remind them of the shaggy dog from Annie. I am a 10 year old dog and my owner dropped me off here because another family member did not like me. I'm not sure why. If I had a good bath and a haircut, I will be a beautiful dog. I just need an owner who wants to take the time to take care of me. I will make such a wonderful pet! So, if you don't mind an older boy who needs some grooming, then come by and ask for Sandy!
