Sampson (Sammy) is a purebred, registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He weighs only 17 lbs. We rescued him along with three female Corgis from a puppy mill "breeding program." He is a very sweet, affectionate little soul who has great spirit, a typical Corgi personality. And he will now finally get a chance to run, to roll in the grass, to play and be petted -- to have a real life!! He will no longer live in a wire cage in some Amish puppy mill barn, just breeding puppies for money. ** Sammy is active, playful, and very affectionate with people. He gets along well with other dogs. ** He walks nicely on a leash and is now mostly housetrained. *** As for all dog adoptions, we require a securely fenced yard of course (and not shock collar "invisible fencing.")
