Sammy is 10 years old and weighs about 60 pounds. Sammy does not look or act like he is 10 years old, but we know that he is as his owner could no longer keep him due to unforseen circumstances. She had Sammy since he was 6 months old and she was heartbroken to have to give him up. He has been well cared for and is a great dog. He has wonderful manners and even gets along with cats! Sammy is on daily meds for thyroid and seizures, but his seizures are very rare and his thyroid is also under control. Both medications are relatively inexpensive, so please don't let that stop you from giving a home to this fabulous dog.
