Sammy is a smart little lab mix boy, probably 7 to 8 years old, who used to live locked away in a back bedroom. He now lives in a foster home where he enjoys both house and yard privileges. Sammy is a neutered male, completely housetrained and gets along very well with other dogs and cats. Having never lived with cats before, Sammy?s inquisitive nature earned him a couple of hisses before he learned where little dog noses do not belong. Now, the cats award Sammy?s good behavior with purrs. Sammy?s previous owners taught him to jump up on people to greet them. This behavior is being modified by Sammy?s foster mom to become a sitting posture. And, Sammy is simply adorable at this. Sammy is quite comfortable amusing himself with his favorite stuffed teddy and has been a quiet addition to the house. Sammy is looking for a forever-home where he can receive love and attention.
