Sam is a 3 year old pure bred Corgi that was purchased as a stud dog for breeding. Owners were going to shoot him because he only had one testicle down and was no benefit to them. He is a sweet little guy that doesn't understand what is going on in his life right now. He deserves to have a life as a family member and companion. He was kept in the house his first year of his life and then thrown in a outside kennel until now.
