ADOPTION PENDING! SAM is a gorgeous Dalmatian that was at a shelter because his parents had to move and were unable to take him with them. Updated photos of Sam today from an adopt a thon at Petsmart. Sam is wearing what is called a Gentle Leader. It is great for those dogs that with conventional collar/leash would pull your arm out of the socket. With this wonderful piece of leader he is a dream to walk around. It also reduces the stress on a dogs neck that they would normally be exhibiting with the leash/collar. A collar is a must for the identification tags but with this leader walking Sam is a breeze. Sam was visiting with everyone and had a great time. He is certainly a great guy. STATS: AGE 2 to 3 years old; MEDICAL: Neutered, up to date on shots, hw- and on preventative; does suffer from separation anxiety but is getting better and working on it. GENERAL INFO: Sam has excellent house manners. Sam is housetrained but since he had started showing separation anxiety cannot be crated. He's a great dog with lots of energy and would work well in a home with an active lifestyle. Sam is great with ALL dogs and even likes cats!!!! Sam is currently in a foster home with children under the age of 12. He definitely enjoys the outdoors, loves to go out in the yard with his foster dog friends and play! Sam would enjoy a family or couple that love to spend their time outdoors doing activities that he can participate in with them.
