Sakie-*adopted*

Sakie comes to Prairie Paws as a surrender and was born on 9/26/2018. She is getting along well with the other dogs in her foster home but will let them know when she’s done playing and it’s time for a break.  Sakie absolutely loves soft toys and has carried around a small bear since coming to the foster home. Sakie also likes getting attention from adults and older, responsible children but is sensitive around her face, due to having some bad teeth which are being taken care of.  Sakie will need to be walked on a leash or have a fenced in yard due to the fact that her curiosity gets the best of her and she will run and chase things such as cats, bunnies, birds if given the chance. She also cannot jump on to furniture but is thriving using the pet stairs in the foster home to get on to the couch. All medical work is completed prior to adoption including spay shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip dental cleaning and vet exam. The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application..the pre-adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis, but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
