Sadie is a seven month old, spayed female Schipperke, Mini Australian Shepherd mix, and weighs 13 pounds. Due to her history she is very weary of strangers and strange dogs. She absolutely adores her own people though and gets along well with familiar dogs.
Sadie needs a quiet home, without too many comings and goings and a patient, calm but active owner who truly understands dogs. A 4 ft fence is required.
Sadie knows her basic commands, is crate trained, house broken, travels in car and loves to play fetch. She is not hyper or destructive and can be left alone for a few hours a day in her crate.
Sadie is currently being fostered and (clicker) trained by "GOOD DOG!". New owner must be willing to make several visits before adopting Sadie to build her trust. Sadie will have free, life-long training support. Potential homes will be carefully screened. References required. Please call 541-745-3928 to make an appointment to see this wonderful little girl.
