Sabrina-adopted!!!

Her Foster Mom Says...:Calm and Cuddly, we love this sweet girl!

Arrival story: Sabrina just came to us from a rural shelter where she's spent her whole life.

Approximate age: 5 years old

Personality: : Sabrina came to my house and fit in like she'd always been here. She is housetrained, not a single accident! She is also able to be left uncrated with the run of the house for an average work day without incident. She is very quiet, in fact I've never heard her bark. She follows me around like a little shadow and lays by my feet. She loves her ears scratched! She likes leisurely strolls and is perfect on a leash. She has a very soft coat and is cuddly like a little bear. She's very short, but overweight and needs to regain her girlish figure! We have no idea what her breed is. She has black and tan markings and short legs like a corgi but her hair is medium length like a retreiver? She looks somewhat like a Corgi / Aussie mix? Or a Corgi / Retriever mix? Who knows, but she's a whole lot of sweetness!

Her ideal home: : If you are looking for a walking partner she would be a good motivator because she needs to lose some weight. Also, she is an excellent companion for someone who is looking for a calm and relaxed dog that requires no training and moderate exercise. She probably would do better in a quiet home because loud noises freak her out a bit. Other pets are ok, but she is not going to wrestle or play with a young active dog. She'd be an excellent companion to an older dog. She takes a little bit to warm up to people, but once bonded...she's very attached to her people!
