Meet S'mores!
This 3 year old sweet coonhound is the bestest in the west! He is such a honey-bun and loves everyone he meets. S'mores likes kids, new people, other dogs, and is good with the kitties he's met at the shelter. He does a good job keeping his crate clean at the shelter and always goes potty outside. S'mores is a good walker, and ultimately should have a very smooth transition into any home. He would love a loving family to cuddle and play with!
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
