We adopted out Ryder as a puppy 6 years ago but sadly he has come back to us because he needs a home that has more time for him. His previous home added a baby to the household and their hours got longer at work so Ryder wasn't getting the exercise and attention he needed. He started escaping the yard and making his way around the neighborhood to play with the other dogs. Ryder is a very sweet dog and loves to play. He does have a lot of energy even though he is 6 years old (he acts like a puppy). He is not a big dog (maybe 35 - 40 lbs). He does great on car rides, would love to hike or be a running partner and loves all people. He gets along with other dog but needs a dog that would play (he might be too much for a dog that just wants to lounge).
