Rusty is an adorable little brown chihuahua boy! His adorable little face just seems to smile with delight - what a happy little guy he is! Rusty loves to play with the other foster dogs and does not bother the cats. He is timid but friendly - even with strangers.
Rusty tested "Positive" for heartworms and will be treated prior to adoption. Heartworm treatment is very expensive, but without it - Rusty will die.
