Rupert arrived in Maine and is doing great! Here are some notes from his Mom:
-he rides beautifully in the car
-LOVES his crate
-comes when called and is great off the leash
-loves kisses and hugs and simply is not happier than when he is getting love and attention
-does great with every single dog he meets
-has done beautifully with every child he has met
-is working on housetraining- has only had one accident so far
-does not jump
-is a pretty submissive, shy guy. He seems to be more afraid of men than women- however, if he approaches a man looking for attention he is fine. This is something that he will grow out of as he learns that no one is going to hurt him.
-easy to correct as he is desperate to please
This is a gorgeous boy and any family would be lucky to have him!
Rupert's adoption donation is $375.00. This includes a $250 donation to the animal hospital that provided his veterinary care and his $125 transportation fee.
