Rupert is a very sweet lil guy who needs a lap of his own. He was a breeder dog in a kennel--so does not really know much about houses, love and cuddling. But he is learning. He is 5 years old and weighs 5.1 pounds. He is just like the lil dog in the movie "As Good As It Gets". He is being fostered near Pittsburgh, PA. He has been neutered and is up to date on all his shots. MUST have a fenced yard.
