Ruger- In Prison Training Program

Ruger is currently in training at the Kinross Correctional Facility. He is due to come out at the beginning of August. These are just a few adjectives that describe our Ruger boy. Ruger is just under two years old so he is solidly in his adolescence. He is active and energetic and is looking for a home to match that energy. Ruger has lived with dogs and cats in his previous home. He really enjoyed playing with the younger male dog but the older dog in the home did not appreciate Ruger’s rambunctiousness. Ruger would do best in a home with older children, as he can get jumpy and overexcited at times. He is crate trained and does well in the crate when humans are gone from the home.
