Good in a home with
This sad and serious-looking little hound is Rufus, who was a "free to good home" puppy who was living out in the snow. One of our far-flung volunteers drove by and ended up taking home the rest of the litter -- Rufus, his sister Bonnie and a third dog, who she has since adopted.
Rufus is a natural follower, and works hard to get along with the rest of the pack. He already has a wonderful hound voice, and will sing a houndly song when it's appropriate.
He will be a sweet-natured fellow who'd be a great second dog, especially to a bossy big sister. We anticipate that he'll be a snugglehound extraordinaire, too.
