RUFFLES

We wonder what stories this poor gal could tell. This little lady was abandoned, tied at a local pet store looking all boney with fur missing here and there. She's only been at the facility a week and already she's putting on weight and the fur is coming back. Her coat, a beautiful deep chocolate, is becoming shiney once again. She's so friendly....... She comes to the front of her cage looking for attention. If she hears a volunteer she's right there ready and waiting. The next thing we knew someone started calling her Ruffles, and it stuck. To look at her you'd think she was a puppy, but we estimate she's about a year or two old at most. Just the right age for just the right family........ (Note: The town vet was in and gave Ruffles her rabies vaccination 5/05/08.) >>>>>GREAT NEWS! RUFFLES HAS BEEN ADOPTED!<<<<<
