Ruddy is a happy little guy who loves to play with other dogs and toys and is the life of the party. He has not been socialized around many people and will need time to adjust before feeling comfortable with being picked up. Ruddy seems to prefer women and would love another dog to pal around with. Ruddy is in a great foster home and his foster parents are happy to answer any questions you may have. Ruddy would be best suited in an adult only home.
