Do you do much traveling? Then Ruby is the dog for you - she loves to ride, preferably right up front with you, where she can feel the breeze in those big hound dog ears, and watch the world go by.
She's about 10 years old, but you wouldn't know it, and neither does she. She is a little gray around the muzzle, but age hasn't slowed her down a bit. She is agile and alert, and keeps busy sniffing out her surroundings. When it's time to rest, she is content in her crate.
Ruby is great with people, but has earned the right to be a little choosy about her dog companions. She gets along well with some male dogs. But it's obvious that puppy antics annoy her, and she might be happiest as the only dog in her new home. And please no cats.
