ROXY's owner lost his job so she was surrendered to the shelter. She is an extremely strong, friendly dog, in spite of being 9 years old. ROXY has lacked structure in her life and will need some work, but she is very affectionate and loves attention. ROXY has had bad skin and we have treated it with antibiotics and adjusting her diet. ROXY was adopted for a period and did great with young kids, but was returned due to there being a lot of dogs in the area. The were concerned that she would get loose while on walks. ROXY is currently in foster and is doing great. She is very easy in the home and they have no worries with people coming into the house. ROXY has been with us for over a year, so we are hoping to get her into a home soon. We are confident that ROXY will make a great companion.
