My Story

Donate Dober Duds Rossi is a 1.5 year old black and tan male with cropped ears and tail. He's on the small side for a male Doberman, weighing about 60-65lbs. He's also on the thin side right now, so he'll probably gain 5-10lbs now that he's getting regular meals. He was picked up as a stray in Indiana, so not much is known about his history, but he's been in a foster home for awhile now and is doing great. Rossi is currently living with two male and one female Doberman, and he gets along well with all of them. He's not submissive, but he's also not dominant, preferring to stay somewhere in the middle of the pecking order. Rossi was cat tested at the shelter that picked him up, and he's said to be good with cats as well. I believe this, since a few days ago I walked into our garage to find Rossi standing 2 feet away from a baby opossum, and he wasn't in the least bit interested in it. The opossum was scared to death, though! Rossi is housebroken and does really well in his crate. He's been crated for up to 8 hours without tearing his blankets or making a mess. He's a very calm dog after he gets his "I've just been let out of my crate!" zoomies out of the way, and knows basic commands like "sit" and "down." Rossi would make a great addition to just about any family! Please fill out an application which can be found on our site. Email Pam at [email protected] Adoption Application
