Rosie is exceptionally friendly, bright, and alert. She is very people-oriented and instantly makes friends with everyone she meets. Rosie gets along fairly well with some of the dogs in her foster home, but is definitely the alpha personality of the household. Because of that, she would probably do well as an only dog who can enjoy being queen of the castle and center of attention. As far as cats are concerned, Rosie ignores them. Rosie is seeking an adult home or a home with older kids.
