ROSIE

Ms. Rosie Posie was taken out of a high kill shelter in North GA on 5/18/07. We are guessing that she was born around 1/1/01 and is about 6 1/2 years old. She was found about a week prior, as a stray wandering around with a snake bite on her face. She was treated for this and is OK. She seems to have been someone's pet as she is very friendly, loving and sweet. She rides well in the car and loves people. She weighs 46 pounds and is underweight. We are estimating that she is around 6 years old. She has all of her vaccines, was already spayed when we found her and is heartworm negative. She loves to run and play but her age is definetly showing through the tiredness in her back and muscles. She also has a scar on her hip where it looks like she was shot! Poor girl...

She would probably do better in a home with no childen or older calm children.

Can you give the love of life back to sweet Rosie? She would make a great best friend! If Rosie is not adopted today...she will be going to Maryland on Thursday to her forever home!!! So, if you are interested, act quickly!!!
