Rosie is built like a little tank, and assumes a SIT swiftly on command. She also knows "DOWN," and is very eager to please. She was abandoned by her people, who moved away and left her behind. Neighbors fed her for a short while, then brought her to the West Branch Animal Clinic, where she is now waiting for her new home. Rosie weighs 50# and is 2-3 y.o. She is up to date on vaccinations, and will be spayed prior to adoption. Speculation about Rosie's breed has ranged widely--Rottweiler? Bull Terrier? Shepherd? Bernese Mountain Dog? There's no way to know. Whatever's in there, it makes for a dynamic ball of love and energy! Rosie has demonstrated some food guarding from other dogs, and would be best in a home without another canine unless you are a dog-experienced person willing to feed separately and go slow with introductions.
