**Update** (12/27/22) Rosco is in a wonderful permanent foster home where he is so loved. He has a great life! (9/25/22) Rosco was surrendered to an area shelter at 15 years old. He is neutered and UTD on vax. Rosco has some health issues, so he will be staying in our rescue as a Resident Angel, and he will receive all the vetting that he needs.
