Rosco is making great progress with basic commands and has already mastered "sit." He's housetrained and uses the doggie door like a pro. On a leash, Rosco is very manageable and is learning to stay by his handler's side. He loves long walks, prancing along, and enjoying the sights and smells of the great outdoors. Rosco gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes in his foster home. He loves to run and play and even thinks he's one of the big dogs. Rosco is a vocal fellow who enjoys singing with the husky in his foster home, and he is always alert and ready to notify you of any approaching visitors. Rosco adores treats, playing with toys, and snuggling up for ear scratches and belly rubs. His joyful wiggles and bows when he's happy to see you are heart-melting, and he loves being close to his people. Rosco thrives with leadership, structure, and routine. He will do best in a home with adults only or older, predictable teenagers who can provide these elements and hold him accountable. An ideal home for Rosco would be one without shared walls.
