Romeo arrived to the shelter with most of his hair missing on the back half of his body due to neglect. During the first two weeks at the shelter his hair is already growing back and he's been gaining weight! Now that he's in foster, he will be getting medicated baths, lots of yummy food, and tons of love!! His foster parents say he loves to snuggle, is dog friendly, has really come a long way with leash skills and potty training - and is just the best boy!!
