Dear Rocky has been kept in a basement in a crate for the last few months and fed only bread, rice and water.
He was taken to the shelter and because the staff showered him with TLC he began to blossom and learn to love again! One staff member even taught him to walk on a leash!
They felt he needed to continue to learn, grow and love and decided to call our rescue to have him placed in foster care.
This sweet soul is about 9 months old and full of love to give, but just never had the chance to share it with anyone!
Rocky is looking for a home with a family that will spend time with him, take him for hikes and give him a real life - not confined in a dark basement!
